 We
deal with all types of Criminal Proceedings on behalf of

have been taken into custody, charged or are being investigated
by the Police.
If you are being questioned by the Police in relation to
a crime, or indeed if you are a witness to a crime, you are
entitled by law to free legal representation. We can attend
at Police Stations to supervise interviews and to ensure
that the proper procedures are adhered to.
Should a charge be brought against you we will offer pragmatic
advice to help you decide whether you wish to plead guilty
to the charge or contest the matter. We will enter a plea
upon your behalf incorporating all relevant mitigating factors
or alternatively present the available evidence in a compelling
and thorough manner to aid your contest.
If you are taken into custody we shall apply for Bail at
either the Magistrates Court or the High Court. We shall
prepare your defence and negotiate with the Police or Department
of Public Prosecutions upon your behalf. We represent clients
in the Magistrates, County, Crown and Appeal Courts and shall
instruct an experienced Barrister upon your behalf when necessary.
Road Traffic Offences are becoming more numerous whilst
the Police clamp down upon speeding, careless driving and
other related offences. We ensure that minor traffic infringements
are dealt with quickly and efficiently without numerous court
appearances or ever-increasing fees. In most cases we can
provide the client with a fixed fee for these cases in advance.
